Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ferguson

Richard L. and Marlene Ferguson, Sharpsville, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. June 22, 2008, at the First Church of the Nazarene, 2734 S. Washington St., Kokomo, hosted by their children.

Richard and the former Marlene Murphy were married June 28, 1958, at the Bemmer Methodist Church.

He is retired from the Kokomo Police Department, and she is retired from General Motors.

The couple has two children, Rich and LariAnn Ferguson, Kokomo, and Michelle and Tim Johnson, Sharpsville. They also have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
