Howard County arrests
Thursday, 9:47 a.m., police arrested Wendi S. Miller, 36, 1000 block of South Courtland Avenue, at home, on a body attachment.
Friday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Ricky D. Tyler, 39, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.
Friday, 11:30 a.m., deputies arrested Jacob W. Ollis, 25, 1700 block of North Webster Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence, and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Friday, 11:40 a.m., deputies arrested Richard A. Applington, 23, 1500 block of North LaFountain Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.
Friday, 11:50 a.m., deputies arrested Antoine Jackson, 33, 800 block of Miami Boulevard, at the Howard County Jail, on two petitions to revoke suspended sentence.
Friday, 1:04 p.m., deputies arrested Beverly Culley, 29, 2400 east block of 300 South, at the Grant County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear on a Class D felony charge.
Friday, 8:05 p.m., deputies arrested Harold D. Binnion, 43, Indianapolis, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence,
Friday, 10:15 p.m., deputies arrested Nathaniel Orem, 35, 2000 block of North Bell Street, at home, on a warrant for non-compliance with in-home detention, original charge of conspiracy to deal cocaine, Class A felony.
Saturday, midnight, deputies arrested Teresa K. Kiser, 50, 5300 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at U.S. 31 and Center Road, on misdemeanor charges of failure to stop after and accident, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .15.
Saturday, 4:23 a.m., deputies arrested James M. Bray, 35, Oaklandon, at Jefferson Street and Dixon Road, on misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and implied consent.
Saturday, 8:57 a.m., deputies arrested Gary E. Bitner, 62, 2300 block of Versailles Drive, at home, on a Class D felony charge of criminal recklessness.
Saturday, 3:15 p.m., deputies arrested Shamanta L. Bolden, 25, Lafayette, at the Depot Express, Russiaville, on a misdemeanor charge of operator never licensed.
Saturday, 3:20 p.m., police arrested Jeremy Peterson, 22, 400 block of Rainbow Drive, at Webster Street and Lincoln Road, on a warrant for two misdemeanor charges of leaving the scene of an accident.
Saturday, 8:06 p.m., deputies arrested Dustin D. Halupa, 20, 2000 block of Rollingstone Drive, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of illegal possession of alcohol.
Sunday, 4 a.m., deputies arrested Marcus R. Buchman, 21, Elwood, at Cartwright Drive and U.S. 31, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor charges of implied consent and resisting law enforcement.
Sunday, 4:48 a.m., police arrested James E. Vogel, 43, 1800 block of Carol Lynn Drive, at Mulberry Street and Indiana Avenue, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Sunday, 2:38 p.m., police arrested Stephen M. Reece, 20, 4000 block of Highland Springs Drive, at Taylor and Purdum streets, on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and battery.
Sunday, 3:33 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, in the 600 block of West Walnut Street, on charges of mischief.
Sunday, 10:23 p.m., deputies arrested Amy N. Greathouse, 26, 300 block of Scarlet Drive, Greentown, at the Howard County Jail, on two misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Monday, 1:20 a.m., police arrested Tony L. Clemons, 41, 100 block of East Center Road, at home, on a misdemeanor invasion of privacy charge, and on a Class D felony theft charge.
Monday, 2:44 a.m., police arrested Justin R. Graves, 25, 1800 block of West Carter Street, at home, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.
Thefts
Sunday, 12:50 p.m., a resident in the 1000 block of East Elm Street reported the theft of a green 1993 Jeep Cherokee valued at $3,000.
Sunday, 2:05 p.m., a resident in the 1800 block of North Washington reported the theft of a 2001 Ford Focus valued at $6,000.
