Howard County arrests

Friday, no time given, deputies arrested John P. Wickey, 19, 400 block of Webster Court, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for a Class D felony theft charge.

Friday, 3:53 p.m., deputies arrested Allen M. Isenberg, 20, Frankfort, at the Clinton County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 3:56 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan M. Colburn, 25, 5700 block of Seneca Trail, at Kingston Green Apartments, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 9:20 a.m., deputies arrested Wesley A. Guy, 24, 5600 block of South Webster Street, at home, on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

Saturday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Kurt R. Adair, 20, 100 south block of 400 East, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 9:31 p.m., deputies arrested Jonathan D. Wright, 19, 100 west block of 400 South, at his home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 9:53 p.m., deputies arrested Ross W. Chandler, 28, Sharpsville, in the 2300 south block of 200 East, on a body attachment and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Saturday, 9:57 p.m., deputies arrested Michelle A. Chandler, 30, 300 block of North Church Street, in the 2300 south block of 200 East, on a body attachment.

Sunday, 2:05 a.m., deputies arrested Clinton J. Harness, 31, Cutler, at Ind. 22 and 750 West, on two misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 3:41 a.m., deputies arrested Robert J. Eagle, 22, 1800 east block of 500 North, in the 9500 east block of 100 South, on a misdemeanor charge of battery resulting in bodily injury.

Sunday, 7:20 a.m., deputies arrested Jose Luis Ramirez, 33, Huntington, at the Howard County Jail, on a charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Sunday, 3:56 p.m., police arrested Victoria L. Ashcroft, 23, 1000 block of East Broadway, at her home, on a body attachment.

Sunday, 6:12 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 2300 block of Pebble Beach Drive, on a misdemeanor charge of incorrigibility.

Sunday, 8:15 p.m., police arrested Travis C. Williams, 28, Delphi, in the 700 block of South Diamond Street, on a misdemeanor charge of false informing, a Class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, Howard County warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke suspended sentence, and Carroll County warrants for misdemeanor charges of possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Sunday, 8:15 p.m., police arrested Heather M. Roe, 23, 700 block of South Diamond Street, on a misdemeanor charge of false informing.

Sunday, 10:45 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 2900 block of Amberwood Drive, on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and incorrigibility.
