Arrests

Monday, 9:55 a.m., deputies arrested William P. Allen Jr., 23, 800 block of South Armstrong Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 11:30 a.m., police arrested Cassandra Shepard, 25, 4300 north block of 300 West, in the 300 block of West Walnut Street, on warrants for forgery, three counts of fraud and receiving stolen property.

Monday, 11:35 a.m., deputies arrested Alisia Pelfree, 23, 1600 block of East Firmin Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for conversion.

Monday, 11:36 a.m., police arrested Andrew W. Smith, 28, 1300 block of Imperial Drive, in the 300 block of West Walnut Street, on a charge of neglect of a dependent.

Monday, 1:21 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew Chriswell, 27, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 6:15 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Robert J. Kinsey Youth Center, 701 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

Monday, 9:18 p.m., police arrested Russell J. Banter, 39, 2100 block of North Waugh Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 9:39 p.m., deputies arrested Devon Rush, 20, 100 north block of 820 West, in the 300 block of West Jefferson Street, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license.

Monday, 10:02 a.m., deputies arrested Joel Moore, 34, 6000 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 1:28 a.m., deputies arrested Joshua Wallace, 24, Frankfort, at the Howard-Clinton county line, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 4:23 a.m., police arrested Jimmy C. Scott Jr., 30, 800 block of South Washington Street, at U.S. 31 and Kentucky Drive, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 10:23 a.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male in the 2900 block of Todd Drive, on a charge of truancy.

Tuesday, 12:30 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of aggravated battery.

Tuesday, 2:57 p.m., police arrested Trent A. Brown, 21, 800 block of South Locke Street, at Kingston Drive and Sycamore Street, on a charge of operator never licensed and warrants for failure to appear and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 9:50 p.m., police arrested two 15-year-old males, one at the Robert J. Kinsey Youth Center and one at 800 E. Hoffer St., and a 16-year-old male in the 400 block of West Sycamore Street, each on a charge of battery.

Theft

Monday, 8:58 p.m., a resident of the 3000 block of Vinton Circle reported the theft of cash during a burglary.
