Howard County arrests
Thursday, 12:30 p.m., police arrested Brice A. Peters, 28, 1000 block of Columbus Boulevard, and Jade M. Cook, 36, at U.S. 31 and Vaile Avenue, both on charges of illegal drug lab, possession of a precursor and dealing in methamphetamine. Cook also arrested on a warrant for theft.
Thursday, 5:41 p.m., police arrested Jack W. Mussial, 46, 2100 block of Lynn Drive, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of invasion of privacy.
Thursday, 6:42 p.m., police arrested Nahtanha Dickhoener, 29, 1300 block of North Courtland Avenue, on a charge of possession of a syringe and manufacturing meth.
Thursday, 9:35 p.m., deputies arrested Phillip Castillo, 19, 1000 block of North Armstrong Street, on a warrant for rape and residential entry.
Friday, 2:20 a.m., police arrested Greg A. Campbell, 52, 1600 block of Kingston Road, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Friday, 2:20 a.m., police arrested Donte A. McKibben, 19, Chicago, at Wabash Avenue and Jefferson Street, on warrants for failure to appear.
Friday, 2:30 a.m., police arrested Jamie Travis, 21, Logansport, at Wabash Avenue and Jefferson Street, on a Miami County warrant for probation violation.
Friday, 3:55 a.m., deputies arrested Monte Brubaker, 35, at Ind. 213 and Ind. 26, on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Friday, 4:08 a.m., police arrested Michael L. Campbell, 40, Bringhurst, in the 2400 block of South Home Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Thefts
Thursday, 1 p.m., Cardinal Construction, Indianapolis, reported the theft of a 48-foot ladder and a flat bed trailer.
Thursday, 2:42 p.m., a Kokomo resident reported the theft of copper wire valued at $1,700 from a residence in the 700 block of South Main Street.
