Howard County arrests

Saturday, 3:40 a.m., police arrested Rick Allen Deck, 44, 1900 block of North Bell Street, in the 3500 block of South Lafountain Street, on a charge of theft, a class D felony.

Saturday, 5:07 p.m., police arrested Billy Joe Bess, 30, 3500 block of Melody Court, at Indiana and Kirk streets, on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Saturday, 8:43 p.m., police arrested Amanda L. (Larimore) Picardo, 24, 500 block of West Park Street, at Washington and Broadway streets, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 9:14 p.m., police arrested Joseph F. Market, 35, Russiaville, in the 100 block of South Washington Street, on charges of two counts of attempting to acquire controlled substances by fraud, a class D felony, possession of syringe, a class D felony, and possession of cocaine, a class B felony.

Saturday, 10:33 p.m., police arrested Michael Jerome Wright, 35, Indianapolis, at Markland Avenue and Delphos Street, on a charge of driving while suspended with prior, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 10:38 p.m., police arrested George Andrew Joseph, 30, 700 block of South Washington Street, at Jefferson and Phillip streets, on charges of driving while suspended with priors, a class A misdemeanor, and obstruction of justice, a class D felony.

Sunday, 12:30 a.m., police arrested Trista Sandra Anderson, 21, 2500 block of Walker Avenue, at Markland Avenue and Calumet Street, on charges of possession of syringe, a class D felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.

Sunday, 12:34 a.m., police arrested Nathan L. Anderson, 23, 1000 block of Witherspoon Drive, at Markland Avenue and Calumet Street, on charges of possession of syringe, a class D felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.

Sunday, 3:24 a.m., police arrested Mark B. Armstrong, 23, Detroit, in the 1800 block of South Plate Street, on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Sunday, 12:55 p.m., police arrested David C. Groleau, 52, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at J&J Trucking, 1524 Glenbrook Court, on a body attachment.
