Howard County arrests

Tuesday, 11:14 a.m., police arrested Susan M. Royce, 29, and Earl J. Royce, 31, both of the 600 block of North Philips Street, at that residence, on a charge of child neglect and body attachment warrants.

Tuesday, 11:15 a.m., deputies arrested Ronald Coldren, 59, 200 block of North Market Street, at that residence, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 2:23 p.m., deputies arrested Scott A. Parks, 24, 200 block of Rainbow Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for obtaining or attempting to obtain a legend drug.

Tuesday, 2:32 p.m., deputies arrested Amanda Picardo, 24, 500 block of West Park Avenue, at the Courthouse, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 7:52 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female at Sycamore Street and Apperson Way, on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Tuesday, 9:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jacob J. Maine, 21, 1300 block of East Alto Road, at the Howard County jail, on a hold for Madison County.

Wednesday, 12:16 a.m., police arrested Joyce Dillehay, 38, 3600 block of Bradford Court, at that residence, on a warrant for conversion.

Wednesday, 5:55 a.m., police arrested Douglas L. Martin, 64, 700 block of Highland Springs Drive, at Center Road and Arrowhead Boulevard, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and one count of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 10 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 701 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of truancy.

Wednesday, 10:56 a.m., deputies arrested Tricia L. Sexton, 36, 900 block of East Center Road, at that residence, on a warrant charge of misdemeanor battery.

Wednesday, 1:27 p.m., deputies arrested Carmen D. Burke, 41, New Castle, at Henry County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 2:05 p.m., deputies arrested Travis J. Myers, 24, 1000 block of East Broadway Street, at the Marion County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 3:10 p.m., police arrested Dino A. Lawson, 52, 1500 block of North Waugh Street, in the 1500 block of Apperson Way North, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 3:50 p.m., police arrested Lesa D. DePalma, 37, 1600 block of North Washington Street, at that residence, on a warrant for leaving the scene of an accident.

Wednesday, 4:07 p.m., deputies arrested Owen R. Rogers, 34, 3800 block of Meadow Lane, in the 1700 block of East Wheeler Street, on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Wednesday, 6:50 p.m., deputies arrested Wil Hayes, 29, 100 block of East Richmond Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 7:42 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on a charge of battery.

Wednesday, 9:29 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male in the Mulberry and Ohio streets, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 12:15 a.m., deputies arrested Shannon M. Moore, 22, 1900 block of South Goyer Road, at that residence, on a warrant for conversion.

Thursday, 4:14 a.m., police arrested Alonzo M. Rickard, 25, Flint, Mich., at 805 Belvedere St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Thefts

Tuesday, 9:54 a.m., Papa Murphy’s, 213 W. Markland Ave., reported the theft of cash.

Tuesday, 3:33 p.m., a resident of the 800 block of South Armstrong Street reported the theft of stereo equipment from a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of South Plate Street.

Tuesday, 8:12 p.m., a resident of the 400 block of West Lincoln Road reported the theft of computer equipment from a vehicle.
