Arrests

Wednesday, 5 p.m., police arrested Chance N. Taskey, 24, 1000 block of Clark Street, at Rural King, 2947 S. Washington St., on a charge of theft.

Thursday, 11:30 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male at Bon Air School, 2800 Apperson Way North, on a charge of truancy.

Thursday, 4:23 p.m., police arrested Kathy Klemann, 49, 2500 block of West Carter Street, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 4:30 p.m., police arrested Antonio L. Wiley, 25, 900 block of East Elm Street, at Bell Street and Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic offender and a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.

Thursday, 8:49 p.m., police arrested Kristopher C. Weathers, 22, Detroit, at Southway Boulevard and LaFountain Street, on charges of possession of cocaine, dealing in cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and dealing in a controlled substance.

Thursday, 10 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at the Kokomo Police Department, on a charge of runaway.

Thursday, 11:19 p.m., police arrested Cecelia L. Barber, 32, 200 block of Inland Drive, at that residence, on a charge of resisting law enforcement. Police also arrested Jamey L. Turner, 34, same address, on charges of domestic violence battery and resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 1:02 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female at Robert J. Kinsey Youth Center, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.
