Howard County arrests

Friday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Charles M. Howard III, 300 block of North Lindsay Street, at the Hancock County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear on a Class D felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender, and a misdemeanor false informing charge.

Friday, 3:38 p.m., deputies arrested Patrick W. Johnson, 23. 1000 block of East Havens Street, at Webster Street and Markland Avenue, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended.

Friday, 4:47 p.m., deputies arrested Michael R. Tedlock, 33, 300 block of West Chandler Street, Russiaville, at home, on a White County warrant for a Class C felony burglary charge.

Friday, 7 p.m., deputies arrested Michelle D. Hafley, 33, 4300 north block of 1000 East, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor reckless driving charge.

Friday, 7:20 p.m., deputies arrested Michelle M. Moore, 30, 900 block of East North Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a Class C felony welfare fraud charge.

Friday, 7:24 p.m., deputies arrested Bradley S. Ryan, 34, 2500 block of East Foster Street, at home, on two body attachments.

Friday, 7:25 p.m., police arrested Anthony W. Mock, 41, 1900 block of North Waugh Street, at City Hall, on a body attachment.

Friday, 9:22 p.m., deputies arrested Lisa A. Coster, 46, 700 north block of 780 East, Greentown, at home, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 12:53 a.m., deputies arrested Wern A. Ostrowski, 24, 700 block of East Cassville Road, at 600 North and U.S. 31, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 12:53 a.m., deputies arrested Jessica A. Carter, 25, Marion, at the Grant/Howard county line, on a Class D charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Saturday, 3:05 a.m., deputies arrested Craig M. Ryan, 18, 1000 block of Wildwood Drive, at 500 North and 500 West, on a misdemeanor mischief charge.

Saturday, 4:45 a.m., police arrested William J. Harless, 31, 500 block of East Boulevard, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 9:16 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph C. Cass, 31, Peru, at 600 North and 00 East/West, on a warrant for a Class C felony charge of obtaining a prescription by fraud, deceit or forgery.

Saturday, 11:01 p.m., police arrested Angela L. Trusty, 36, 1000 block of South McCann Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 3:17 a.m., deputies arrested Dion J. Lanier, 25, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at U.S. 31 and Sycamore Street, on a misdemeanor charge of operator never licensed.

Sunday, 11:29 p.m., police arrested Gloria A. Wright, 53, 100 block of East Center Road, at home, on misdemeanor charges of domestic violence battery and resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 2:20 p.m., police arrested Jamie L. Simmons, 32, 1900 block of South Park Avenue, at Defenbaugh and Leeds streets, on warrants from Andrews County, Mo., for a Class D felony burglary charge, and probation violation.

Sunday, 6 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male, in the 2400 block of Pinehurst Lane, on misdemeanor charges of incorrigibility, intimidation and resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 8:28 p.m., police arrested Jamie L. Foutch, 27, 900 block of North Main Street, in the 2300 block of East Markland Avenue, on a Class D felony theft charge, on a warrant for failure to appear, and on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 1:54 a.m., deputies arrested Michael G. Jackson, 50, 1100 block of Lewis Street, at home, on a misdemeanor domestic violence battery charge.

Monday, 2:19 a.m., police arrested Robert J. Mills, 27, 1000 block of South Waugh Street, in the 1400 block of South Armstrong Street, on a Class C felony burglary charge.

Monday, 5:23 a.m., deputies arrested Kevin Ogden, 24, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 1:51 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth Ellis, 45, on a body attachment warrant.
