Arrests


Wednesday, no time given, deputies arrested Jose Alvarez, 32, Hobart, at the Lake County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 9:45 a.m., deputies arrested Stephen D. Osborn, 26, Peru, on charges of criminal mischief and battery.

Wednesday, 11:18 a.m., deputies arrested James Imel, 28, no address, at Allegan County, Mich., on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested Samuel Hutton, 36, Indianapolis, at the Hamilton County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 9:03 a.m., deputies arrested Brenda Woodard, 51, 900 block of North Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 9:35 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Rural King on a charge of aiding, inducing or causing conversion; and a 15-year-old male on a charge of conversion.

Thursday, 9:50 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 1100 block of West Walnut Street, on a charge of truancy.

Thursday, 9:53 a.m., deputies arrested Elmer Spencer, 47, 250 west block of 300 South, at the Allen County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 10:44 a.m., deputies arrested James E. Pearcy, 33, 5100 block of Kickapoo Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:40 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Thursday, 11:47 a.m., deputies arrested Alan W. Morse, 40, Elkhart, at St. Joseph County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 12:50 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of mischief; and a 17-year-old male on charges of battery and mischief.

Thursday, 8:43 p.m., police arrested William E. Wilson III, 39, 1500 block of Home Avenue, at Sycamore and McCann streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:21 p.m., police arrested Harley A. McClish, 18, 500 block of South Armstrong Street, and Tera D. Downs, 18, 1200 block of North Leeds Street, at Courtland and Park avenues, each on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 11:40 p.m., deputies arrested Timothy R. Fording, 38, Galveston, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 1:41 a.m., police arrested Keyonna Q. Killebrew, 23, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a charge of false informing and a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Thursday, 10:05 a.m., a resident of the 800 block of West Alto Road reported the theft of a 2005 white Ford F-250 valued at $27,000 from that residence.

Thursday, 11:25 a.m., Kokomo Raceway Park, 409 Arrow, reported the theft of a Craftsman air compressor, three Honda GX160 go-kart motors and an air gun welder valued at $1,950.

Thursday, 3:08 p.m., Cintas, 910 N. Washington St., reported the theft of copper wiring, electrical fuses and copper scrap.
