Arrests

Sunday, 1:20 a.m., deputies arrested Christy L. Hamilton, 23, 1200 block of Blue Jay Drive, Greentown, in the 1000 block of South Washington Street, on Class D felony charges of possession of a legend drug and possession of a controlled substance, and on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

Sunday, 4:19 p.m., police arrested Heather M. Spear, 33, 700 block of South McCann Street, in the 700 block of South Berkley Road, on a warrant for two Class D felony theft charges.

Sunday, 4:54 p.m., deputies arrested Derek L. Derflinger, 24, 5600 block of Council Ring Drive, at home, on a warrant for a Class D felony fraud charge.

Sunday, 6:04 p.m., deputies arrested Richard L. Baker, 43, Logansport, from Cass County, on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor driving while suspended charge.

Sunday, 6:42 p.m., police arrested Brandon W. Riggs, 27, 1500 block of North Lindsay Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Sunday, 7:07 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female, in the 900 block of East Monroe Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Sunday, 9:52 p.m., deputies arrested Corey J. Williams, 30, 600 block of North Jefferson Street, in the 800 block of North Dixon Road, on a warrant for failure to appear on a Class D felony auto theft charge.

Sunday, 10:32 p.m., police arrested Joseph A. Adkins, 19, 600 block of South Union Street, at Superior Street and Apperson Way, on a warrant for a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Sunday, 11:01 p.m., police arrested Darryl D. Hicks, 36, 300 block of East Richmond Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.
