Arrests

Wednesday, 9:40 a.m., deputies arrested James D. Lee, 45, 700 block of North Bell Street, in Juvenile Court, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Nicholas Rayl, 36, 200 block of Nancy Drive, in Howard Superior Court 3, on a warrant for driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 12:30 p.m., deputies arrested Lawrence N. Harris, 45, Indianapolis, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., police arrested Andre Anderson, 25, 400 block of North Market Street, at Taylor and Jay streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 4:01 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 1100 block of South Plate Street, on a charge of battery.

Wednesday, 4:22 p.m., police arrested Jerry L. Lewis Jr., 33, 400 block of West Walnut Street, at Harrison Street and Apperson Way North, on a Tipton warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 4:23 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female in the 800 block of Apperson Way South, on a charge of intimidation and two counts of resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 11:57 p.m., police arrested Brandon Larson, 21, 1500 block of North Leeds Street, at Webster and Monroe streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 1:41 a.m., police arrested Joshua Beck, 26, 2400 block of Burning Tree Lane, at Southlea Drive and Vinton Circle, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic offender.

Thursday, 2:24 a.m., deputies arrested Kristin Lucas-Gilliam, 19, 1700 block of North Morrison Street, and David Arthur, 19, 1000 block of South Washington Street, in the 700 block of Miami Boulevard, each on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Thursday, 3:01 a.m., police arrested Talik Woodard, 35, 1600 block of North Main Street, on a charge of invasion of privacy.
