Police reports - Monday, April 28, 2008

Howard County arrests

Thursday, 8:18 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Taylor Street and Apperson Way, on a charge of robbery.

Thursday, 10:01 p.m., police arrested John Green II, 30, 600 block of Marsha Court, at that residence, on warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Friday, 4:22 a.m., police arrested Bobby Batchelar, 27, 1300 block of North Courtland Avenue, at that residence, on charges of domestic violence battery and resisting law enforcement. Police also arrested Stephanie L. Myers, 24, same address, on a body attachment warrant.

Thefts

Thursday, 1:30 p.m., Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., reported the theft of $1,100.

Thursday, 3:26 p.m., Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, reported the theft of $180 clothing.

Thursday, 6:17 p.m., a Howard County resident reported the theft of copper and brass pipes and fixtures.

Tipton County arrests

Saturday, 5 p.m., police arrested Floyd W. Frieszell, 41, Marion, on charges of possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and taking child or endangered adult to nuisance.

Sunday, 2:54 a.m., deputies arrested Charles Chandler, 39, Frankfort, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
