Howard County arrests

Friday, 8:25 a.m., deputies arrested Heather M. Spear, 33, 700 block of South McCann Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear on a Class D felony charge.

Friday, 9:20 a.m., deputies arrested Anthony C. Powell, 26, 1200 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of a crime.

Friday, 10:50 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, at City Hall, on a warrant for violation of bond.

Friday, 4:57 p.m., police arrested Megan R. Frazee, 29, 100 west block of 300 South, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a body attachment.

Friday, 5:22 p.m., police arrested Trista Ruane, 21, 2500 block of Walker Avenue, in the 1100 block of East Mulberry Street, on warrants for failure to appear on a Class D felony fraud charge, and a Class C felony forgery charge.

Friday, 5:56 p.m., police arrested Nathaniel L. Anderson, 23, 1000 block of Witherspoon Drive, at home, on a body attachment, and on a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 8:15 p.m., deputies arrested Misty D. Kidon, 37, 1000 block of North Webster Street, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on a Clinton County warrant for misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless endangering, and operator never licensed.

Friday, 11:38 p.m., police arrested Rodney E. Goble, 42, 500 block of East Gerhart Street, in the 1400 block of North Indiana Avenue, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 2:56 a.m., deputies arrested Robert J. Mast Jr., 31, 3000 block of Beachwalk Lane, at 400 South and 500 East, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 3:45 p.m., police arrested Lavell J. Hillman, 23, Galveston, at Jefferson Street and Wabash Avenue, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Saturday, 5:35 p.m., deputies arrested Ronald D. Abney Jr., 36, 1000 east block of 200 North, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 7:05 p.m., deputies arrested Shawn M. Burlingame, 33, 4800 east block of 400 South, in the 5100 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.

Saturday, 9:40 p.m., deputies arrested Bradley J. Begley, 26, 1500 block of Conti Lane, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear on two misdemeanor counts of check deception.

Sunday, 1:11 a.m., deputies arrested Michael T. Carter, 20, 500 south block of 950 West, Russiaville, at St. Joseph Hospital, on misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (two counts), public intoxication and illegal consumption of alcohol.
