Howard County arrests

Thursday, 9:32 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female and a 14-year-old female, at Central Middle School, 303 E. Superior St., each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Thursday, 9:49 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old at Central Middle School, 303 E. Superior St., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Thursday, 4:26 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female at Apperson Way and Madison Street, on a charge of reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 5:56 p.m., police arrested Franklin L. Allen, 52, 1300 block of West Sycamore Street, at that residence, on warrants for petition to revoke a suspended and mischief.

Thursday, 10:09 p.m., police arrested Jamey K. Turner, 34, 1000 block of South Washington Street, in the 1400 block of South Main Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement, battery on a police officer and invasion of privacy.
