Howard County arrests
Friday, 1:22 a.m., police arrested Ronald K. Abney, 48, 600 block of East Fisher Street, at that residence, on a charge of invasion of privacy.
Friday, 7:16 p.m., police arrested Christopher D. Bennett, 22, 1200 block of East Laguna Street, at Staples, 1807 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of stalking.
Friday, 9:17 p.m., police arrested Phillip W. Cooper, 26, 1100 block of North Morrison Street, at Armstrong and North streets, on a charge of public intoxication.
Saturday, 1:13 a.m., police arrested Lamari Capers, 34, 400 block of South Union Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.
Saturday, 2:40 a.m., police arrested Malcolm L. Smith, 34, 3400 block of Covey Lane, at Washington Street and Virginia Avenue, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
Saturday, 4:36 a.m., police arrested Rodney M. Cooper, 24, Amboy, at 3500 S. LaFountain St., on two counts of resisting law enforcement, residential entry and reckless driving.
Thefts
Thursday, 8:03 p.m., a resident of the 1900 block of Northview Boulevard reported the theft of a steel tool box, assorted tools and a bag of charcoal from the residence.
Thursday, 5:04 p.m., Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road reported the theft of $141 in miscellaneous clothes and jewelry.
