Arrests

Saturday, 9:52 a.m., police arrested Brandi Clark, 25, Peru, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft, a class D felony.

Saturday, 5:35 p.m., police arrested Nathaniel Anderson, 24, 1000 block of Witherspoon Drive, in the 1200 block of North McCann Street, on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, a class D felony, obstruction of justice, a class D felony, resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, and failure to appear.

Saturday, 5:35 p.m., police arrested Nicholas W. Cooper, 25, 1400 block of North Indiana Street, in the 1200 block of North McCann Street, on a charge of possession of a scheduled IV controlled substance, warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for battery.

Saturday, 7:05 p.m., police arrested Jennifer N. Childress, 26, 800 block of West Monroe Street, in the 800 block of North Washington Street, on a charge of driving while suspended, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 8:05 p.m., police arrested Andrew Schmidt, 25, 800 block of South Diamond, at Buckeye Street and Markland Avenue, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 8:08 p.m., police arrested Lori Smith, 37, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at that residence, on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Sunday, 3:53 a.m., police arrested Nathan O. Young, 28, 600 block of Rainbow Circle, at Hoffer and Locke streets, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence for possession of a firearm by violent offender.

Sunday, 11:42 a.m., police arrested Christopher Paul Bryant, 35, 500 block of Market Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery, a class D felony.
