Arrests
Monday, 7:28 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Kokomo High School on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Monday, 9:55 a.m., deputies arrested Matthew R. Cooper, 29, Wabash, at the Howard County jail, on two petitions to revoke suspended sentence.
Monday, 10:57 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan S. Kwick, 18, 2200 block of North 250 East, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Monday, 2:45 p.m., deputies arrested Von C. Kirby, 40, 1500 block of East 250 North, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a misdemeanor check deception charge.
Monday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Ted Driver, 58, 600 block of South Bell Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Monday, 3:35 p.m., police arrested Jeremy D. Beard, 27, 1600 block of North Delphos Street, at Elm and Delphos streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Monday, 5:17 p.m., deputies arrested Clara K. Sopher, 43, Peru, in the 5000 block of North 50 West, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.
Monday, 8:44 p.m., police arrested Timothy Bowden, 37, 1200 block of North Union Street, at Apperson Way and Carter Street, on a Fulton County warrant for driving while suspended.
Monday, 10:55 p.m., police arrested Ricky J. Henson, 55, 1900 block of East Havens Street, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.
Monday, 11:37 p.m., police arrested Adam Sutherland, 19, 800 block of East Sycamore Street, in the 1600 block of Cherry Hill Lane, on a charge of never obtaining a driver’s license and failure to appear.
Tuesday, 12:43 a.m., deputies arrested Andrew B. Pressler, 32, Wabash, in the 900 block of West Lincoln Road, on a Class C felony charge of driving after being adjudicated a habitual traffic violator for life, a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and a Miami County warrant for probation violation.
Tuesday, 3:25 a.m., police arrested Touby Pugh, 37, 900 block of East Mulberry Street, and Eladio Vega Jr., 27, 200 west block of 300 South, at Pine Valley Apartments, 100 E. Center Road, each on a charge of robbery.
Tuesday, 8:57 a.m., police arrested Charles G. Steele, 46, 800 block of South Bell Street, at 4508 E. 200 South, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees hearing.
Tuesday, 2:58 p.m., police arrested Brian A. Reece, 30, 1300 block of East Alto Road, in the 2800 block of Heritage Lane, on a warrant for petition to revoke.
Tuesday, 7:22 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old male at the Movie Gallery, 609 N. Dixon St., each on a charge of intimidation.
Tuesday, 11:17 p.m., police arrested Joshua L. Hale, 23, Russiaville, in the 1900 block of South Park Road, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Wednesday, 5:21 a.m., police arrested Sean P. Rogers, 19, 800 block of South Bell Street, in the 1000 block of Foster Drive on charges of resisting law enforcement, public intoxication, illegal consumption of alcohol and a warrant for juvenile collections. Police also arrested George E. Doyle, 18, 2100 block of Executive Drive, in the 1800 block of Columbus Boulevard, on charges of illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication.
Wednesday, 8:15 a.m., police arrested Dustin G. Cook, 21, 900 block of North Phillips Street, at that residence, on a warrant for domestic violence battery.
Wednesday, 10:40 a.m., deputies arrested John Forrey, 50, 700 block of South Armstrong Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for burglary.
Wednesday, 12:19 p.m., police arrested Deven M. Ambercrombie, 22, 900 block of South Diamond Street, in the 800 block of East Hoffer Street, on charges of battery and theft, receiving stolen property.
Wednesday, 1:55 p.m., deputies arrested Kelly Jo Hudson, 37, 900 block of North Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 3 p.m., deputies arrested Brandi Crain, 21, 1400 block of North Leeds Street, at the Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 3:10 p.m., police arrested Abby M. Causey, 45, 1200 block of South Washington Street, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.
Wednesday, 4:09 p.m., police arrested Tracy L. Galloway, 45, South Bend, at Motel 6, 2808 S. Reed Road, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 6:37 p.m., deputies arrested Tearney Johnson, 20, 1500 block of West Wabash Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke warrant.
Wednesday, 6:49 p.m., police arrested Jason A. Smith, 29, 600 block of West Morgan Street, in the 1200 block of North Phillips Street, on a warrant for strangulation and domestic violence battery.
Wednesday, 7:26 p.m., police arrested Nathan L. Smith, 36, no address, at Carter and Ohio streets, on charges of public intoxication and invasion of privacy. Police also arrested Anastasia M. Churchhill, 36, 1700 block of South Union Street, on a charge of public intoxication and aiding, inducing or causing invasion of privacy.
Wednesday, 10 p.m., deputies arrested Amy Stephenson, 32, 1000 block of East Firmin Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.
Thursday, 3:41 a.m., police arrested Christina N. Marshall, 25, 700 block of West North Street, at that residence, on a warrant for battery.
Thursday, 5:06 a.m., police arrested Richard Ford, 30, 1300 block of East Alto Road, at that residence, on a charge of public intoxication.
Thefts
July 17, 5:19 p.m., a resident of 3704 Briarwick Drive reported the theft of jewelry, crystal, antique glass, Christmas items and miscellaneous items valued at more than $2,000.
Monday, 6:14 p.m., the theft of a box of miscellaneous Jeff Gordon items valued at $500 was reported from the 1800 block of North Washington Street.
Tuesday, 12:24 a.m., the theft of copper tubing was reported from the 1100 block of South Plate Street.
Tuesday, 4:12 a.m., the theft of a 1999 black Dodge Ram was reported from the 400 block of Stegall Drive.
Tuesday, 11:50 a.m., the theft of a Zenith 32-inch flat screen TV, a Zenith DVD-VCR and a walnut grandfather clock valued at $2,000 from the 800 block of East Hoffer Street.
Tuesday, 10:46 p.m., D&F Enterprises, 2409 S. Wabash Ave., reported the theft of three air conditioning units valued at $18,000 from the 1800 block of East Vaile Avenue.
Wednesday, 12:45 p.m., the theft of a bank deposit of $685.98 from McDonald’s, 2331 W. Sycamore St., was reported from National City Bank of West Jefferson Street.
