Howard County arrests

Tuesday, 9:10 a.m., deputies arrested Melissa Hancock, 35, 1800 block of North Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on a parole violation.

Tuesday, 10:01 a.m., police arrested Sharon Ewing, 48, 400 block of West State Street, in the 1300 block of South Reed Road, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 11:16 a.m., deputies arrested Amber Riddle, 28, 2100 block of West Alto Road, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 5:13 p.m., police arrested Sean W. White, 36, 300 block of North Indiana Avenue, at the Kokomo Police Department, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees hearing.

Tuesday, 6:19 p.m., deputies arrested Jimmy Coates, 47, 1000 block of Waubesa Way, on charges of trespass and resisting law enforcement.

Tuesday, 6:31 p.m., deputies arrested Jarrod D. Payne, 23, Galveston, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, 6:42 p.m., deputies arrested Kenneth D. Kail, 37, 1300 block of North Locke Street, at the Howard County jail, on charges of burglary and domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 7:33 p.m., police arrested Kent L. Hogan, 43, 900 block of North Bell Street, at that residence, on a operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic offender.

Wednesday, 8:54 p.m., police arrested Matthew P. Russell, 27, 3700 block of Christopher Drive, in the 800 block of North Morrison Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 10:43 p.m., police arrested Shannon T. Morgan, 38, 150 west block of 300 South, on two body attachment warrants.

Wednesday, 10:54 p.m., police arrested Michael E. Paul, 26, 1200 block of North Indiana Avenue, in the 100 block of East Center Road, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thefts

Wednesday, 1:02 p.m., the theft of a necklace and a bracelet was reported from Elder Beerman, 1540 E. Boulevard.

Wednesday, 8:11 p.m., the theft of a central air conditioning unit valued at $2,000 was reported from the 900 block of Gulfshore Boulevard.

Thursday, 4:25 a.m., the theft of a Pioneer car stereo with 10-inch subwoofers and a Cobra radar detector from the 200 block of West Virginia Avenue.
