Arrests

Friday, 10 a.m., deputies arrested Keith A. Gaillard, 37, Monticello, at Howard Circuit Court, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of non-support of a dependent.

Friday, 12:30 p.m., deputies arrested Marvin L. Willis Jr., 45, Indianapolis, at the Marion County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 2:10 p.m., deputies arrested Robert Walker III, 23, 1100 east block of 400 West, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of attempting to obtain a legend drug by fraud.

Saturday, 12:16 a.m., deputies arrested Cason M. Cohee, 22, Kempton, at the Howard County Jail, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:37 a.m., police arrested Dawn A. Jewell, 29, 1000 block of East Dixon Street, at Washington and Superior streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 6:32 p.m., police arrested Joseph G. Barton, 42, no address, in the 600 block of North Washington Street, on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Saturday, 8:29 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old girl at Spraker and Bell streets on charges of battery and resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, and a 15-year-old girl on a charge of resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 9:45 p.m., police arrested Darrell Eugene Jackson, 41, 2400 block of Saratoga Avenue, on a charge of operating while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor.

Saturday, 10:56 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old boy at Buckeye and Jefferson streets on a charge of possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested Dusty L. Caine, 29, Peru, at Lincoln and Goyer roads, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Sunday, 1:31 a.m., police arrested Heather L. Molod, 35, 200 block of West Markland Avenue, at that residence, on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a class A misdemeanor. Also arrested there were two 17-year-old girls and a 16-year-old boy on charges of illegal consumption, a class B misdemeanor.

Sunday, 6:51 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey A. Carson, 37, 2200 block of West Jefferson Street, at Dixon Road and King Street, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 7:21 p.m., police arrested Troy E. Coleman, 49, 1300 block of East Taylor Street, in the 1100 block of East Jefferson Street, on a Tipton County warrant for misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal mischief.

Sunday, 8:43 p.m., police arrested Marcus L. Beard, 36, 1000 block of Witherspoon Drive, at Markland and Park avenues, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 11:00 p.m., deputies arrested Rodriguez M. Beard, 40, 1700 block of North Purdum Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended.

Sunday, 11:30 p.m., police arrested Mark A. Snyder, 37, 2500 block of North Apperson Way, at home, on a misdemeanor domestic violence battery charge.

Monday, 1:20 a.m., police arrested Brian K. Chandler, 29, 1800 block of North Washington Street, at Indiana Avenue and Jefferson Street, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Theft

Sunday, 4:04 p.m., the theft of a 42-inch plasma television, a PlayStation 3 console and 29 games, all valued at $3,500, was reported in the 900 block of East Dixon Road Road.
