Arrests

Monday, 7:30 a.m., deputies arrested Dedric J. Small, 19, 500 block of North Market Street, in Del Rio, Texas, on warrants for robbery and theft.

Monday, 8:12 a.m., deputies arrested Isaiah Kenner, 44, 400 block of North Market Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for trespass and public intoxication.

Monday, 10:06 a.m., deputies arrested Steven Satterly, 28, Marion, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 11:37 a.m., deputies arrested Lentez Ellis, 33, 900 block of East Dixon Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Richard F. Lewis Jr., 28, 1000 block of East North Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for harassment.

Monday, 4:15 p.m., deputies arrested Sabbath N. Cogan, 22, 900 block of West Taylor Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence and a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 7:33 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of truancy.

Tuesday, 9:40 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Kelli Malinowski, 38, 400 block of Magnolia Drive, in the 1400 block of South Home Avenue, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 3:12 p.m., deputies arrested Billy J. Bozeman, 30, 3600 east block of 50 North, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended.

Tuesday, 4:40 p.m., police arrested Angela K. Daily, 37, Peru, at Washington and North streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Tuesday, 6:25 p.m., police arrested Tina R. Riley, 40, 1400 block of North Wabash Avenue, at North and Washington streets, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police also arrested Lorre A. Rayls, 36, Bunker Hill, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine and warrants for possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 7:54 p.m., police arrested Chad C. Tudor, 20, 600 block of Jeff Court, in the 1300 block of West Tate Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Tuesday, 8:40 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female at 800 E. Hoffer St. on a runaway charge.

Tuesday, 10:30 p.m., police arrested Matthew J. Skulicz, 34, 800 block of Witherspoon Drive, at Indiana Avenue and Defenbaugh Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated previous conviction and public intoxication.

Tuesday, 3:56 a.m., deputies arrested John W. Williams, 19, 1600 block of South Elizabeth Street, Patrick V. Lawless, 19, 2600 block of North Washington Street, Nicholas Cobb, 19, Alexander Cobb, 19, Niki K. Marine, 19, and Evan K. Shook, 18, 2500 block of Burning Tree Lane, all at 605 Marsha Court, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Wednesday, 11:01 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Central Middle School on charges of truancy and incorrigibility.

Wednesday, 3:26 p.m., police arrested David W. Deis, 33, 6000 block of Arrowhead Boulevard, at 287 S. 00 East-West, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 4:20 p.m., police arrested Sara E. Williams, 26, 1000 block of South Buckeye Street, at that residence, on a warrant for forgery and receiving stolen property.

Wednesday, 6:06 p.m., police arrested Jerry T. Pavey, 38, 800 block of North McCann Street, at Kathy’s Place, 2411 N. Washington St., on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 6:30 p.m., police arrested Carlton Green, 27, 800 block of South Clark Street, in Vinton Circle, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 7:15 p.m., police arrested Nicole M. Cooper, 22, 700 block of West Virginia Avenue, in the 3100 block of North Washington Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 7:19 p.m., police arrested Tiffany J. Tinder, 28, Greentown, in the 3100 block of North Washington Street, on a Miami County warrant for conspiracy to deal methamphetamine.

Wednesday, 8:08 p.m., police arrested Walter L. Fletcher, 37, 1700 block of North Lindsay Street, at Courtland Avenue and Spraker Street, on charges of possession of a switchblade knife and intimidation.

Wednesday, 9:02 p.m., police arrested Ronald L. Lanning, 30, 1500 block of South Plate Street, at Washington and Superior streets, on a charge of driving while suspended and four warrants for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:36 p.m., police arrested Corey J. Williams, 31, 600 block of North Dixon Lane, at 618 Bradford Circle, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Wednesday, 11:46 p.m., police arrested Antwon L. Abbott, 29, 600 block of East Jackson Street, at Mulberry and Delphos streets, on a charge of driving while suspended and a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:27 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Thursday, 6:37 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 2800 block of Longwood Court, on a charge of battery.

Thursday, 7:47 p.m., police arrested Michael L. Conroy, 19, 1800 block of Williamsburg Drive, at Washington and Walnut streets, on a charge of illegal consumption.

Friday, 5:38 a.m., police arrested Ashley Comstock, 19, 500 block of West Havens Street, at that residence, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police also arrested Jason D. Paul, 27, 200 block of Coronado Circle, on a charge of trespass.

Thefts

Monday, 6:57 p.m., the theft of a laptop computer, 600 $1 bills and two watches valued at $4,662, was reported from the 1200 block of South Jay Street.

Wednesday, 4:45 p.m., the theft of jewelry, a safe and contents and old coins all valued at $35,115 was reported from the 1000 block of Springwater Road.

Wednesday, 10:36 p.m., the theft of a Wii console, controllers and games was reported from the 700 block of South Purdum Street.

Thursday, 1:30 a.m., the theft of a 1999 Chrysler Sebring was reported from the 1000 block of South Wabash Avenue.

Thursday, 11:51 a.m., the theft of a large screen TV, DVDs, CDs, clothing and jewelry was reported from the 1200 block of West Taylor Street.

Thursday, 2:26 p.m., the theft of two subwoofers, a car DVD player and a Kenwood stereo receiver valued at $2,030 was reported from a garage in the 1700 block of North Jay Street.
