Joseph Patrick Jackson and Jillian Marie Fairchild were married Sept. 15, 2007, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Las Vegas. The ceremony included friends and family. A reception followed at the Aureole restaurant.
Joe is the son of Penny and the late Robert Jackson, Kokomo. He graduated from Kokomo High School in 1996, Indiana University Kokomo in 2002 and the San Diego Culinary Institute, San Diego, in 2004. He is a chef de partie in La Jolla, Calif.
Jillian is the daughter of Ray and Linda Fairchild, Kokomo. She graduated from Western High School in 1996, Purdue University in 2001 and Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, in December 2005. She is an attorney in San Diego.
The matron of honor was Holly Richards, sister of the bride; bridesmaid was Noel Younce, best friend of bride; flower girl was Hannah Richards, niece of bride; best man was Brad Cass, cousin of groom; and groomsman was Peter Jackson, brother of groom.
After a wedding trip on a cruise to Mexico, the couple resides in San Diego.
